Driven by the commitment of equal opportunities, Fabrice regularly speaks out on issues related to this cause, notably as a columnist at La Presse, a speaker, and a workshop facilitator in the corporate world. He has also lent his voice to Ados et armés and Briser le code, two documentaries respectively exploring the issues of armed violence and racism in Quebec.
As a certified integral development coach, trained as a lawyer, and former basketball coach, Fabrice established "Pour 3 Points" in 2011—a transformative organization that empowers sports coaches to assume the role of life coaches for young athletes in disadvantaged environments.
Fabrice is fascinated by the question of human consciousness. He harbors the hope that individuals will be curious about the invisible violence in which they participate and respond to it with kindness towards themselves and others.
